Payroll Associate

- College graduate, preferably of an Accounting/Management course
- Computer literacy
- 6 - 1 year in same/related field
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process payroll and prints all payroll related transactions.
- Arrange and checks pay slip vs. receiving copy.
- Prepares remittance list to SSS, BIR, HDMF, PHIC, and other collecting agency; arrange for check preparation
- Transmits with bank and validation for payment.
- Prepares bank listings arranges for bank credit.
- Analyzes and files payroll related accounts and documents.
- Process final pay.
- Attends for employee queries.
- Maintains payroll master file.
- Complies with proper operating procedures of safety and health standard and regulations.
- Support and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
- Adheres to Policies/Procedure, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance.
- Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information.
