Recruitment/ Assistant Operations Officer

Responsibilities:
*Recruitment Officers begin by collaborating with department heads to understand the specific needs of each role. They conduct job analyses to create detailed job descriptions that outline the responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications necessary for potential candidates.
*Sourcing: Utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, Recruitment Officers actively seek out potential candidates.
*Screening and Shortlisting: After collecting applications, Recruitment Officers review resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job criteria. They conduct initial screenings, which may include phone interviews, to further narrow down the pool of applicants.
*Interview Coordination: Once candidates are shortlisted, Recruitment Officers coordinate interviews with hiring managers. They ensure that the interview process is smooth and efficient, providing candidates with necessary information and feedback throughout the process.
*Reference Checks: To verify the qualifications and experiences of candidates, Recruitment Officers conduct reference checks. This step is crucial in ensuring that the selected candidates have a solid background and are a good fit for the organization.
*Onboarding: After a candidate is selected, Recruitment Officers play a key role in the onboarding process. They prepare offer letters, facilitate orientation sessions, and ensure that new hires have the resources they need to succeed in their roles.
*Developing Recruitment Strategies: Recruitment Officers are responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals. This includes identifying target talent pools, creating employer branding initiatives, and leveraging data analytics to refine recruitment processes.
*Attention to Detail: Recruitment Officers must pay close attention to detail when reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers. Small oversights can lead to hiring the wrong candidate or miscommunicating job expectations.
Qualification:
*Bachelor degree of Human Resource or any related Business Course
*With at least 1year of experience as Recruitment Officer
*Willing to Assign in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
*With keen attention to details.
*Proficient in MS Office
*With Good Communication skills- Oral and Written
*With experience in Security Industry is a plus
*Can Handle Filling and Bookkeeping
*Know and familiar with job sourcing online platform such Indeed, etch.
