HIRING: Assistant Manager – Operations

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a College Graduate
  • At least 2 years of BPO supervisory/lead experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Insurance or claims experience is a plus

Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager will oversee end-to-end claims processing and customer service for Australian home insurance accounts. The role ensures accurate claim handling, timely resolutions, and compliance with client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve KPIs (AHT, NPS, Quality, Productivity)
  • Manage daily operations and resolve escalations
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Coordinate with clients and provide updates
  • Prepare reports and identify process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with policies, data security, and regulatory standards
