Qualifications:
- Preferably a College Graduate
- At least 2 years of BPO supervisory/lead experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Insurance or claims experience is a plus
Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager will oversee end-to-end claims processing and customer service for Australian home insurance accounts. The role ensures accurate claim handling, timely resolutions, and compliance with client SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve KPIs (AHT, NPS, Quality, Productivity)
- Manage daily operations and resolve escalations
- Coach and develop team members
- Coordinate with clients and provide updates
- Prepare reports and identify process improvements
- Ensure compliance with policies, data security, and regulatory standards
