Recruitment Associate (Open to Fresh Graduates)

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Associate will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Assist in managing job postings and applicant tracking systems.
  • Support in conducting initial interviews and assessments as needed.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Participate in onboarding and talent branding activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems.
