Recruitment Assistant (BTL) MUST OWN A PERSONAL LAPTOP
Job Overview:
The Recruitment Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the hiring process for below-the-line (BTL) projects. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure the timely deployment of qualified staff for events, activations, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate applicants for BTL roles, including brand ambassadors, promotional personnel, and event staff.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
- Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand manpower needs and deployment timelines.
- Assist in preparing pre-employment documents and requirements.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires assigned to projects.
- Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with candidates and project teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in BTL or field activation settings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Willingness to work on-site and assist with field deployments as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
