Recruitment Assistant (BTL)

Job Overview:

The Recruitment Assistant supports the hiring process for below-the-line (BTL) projects by sourcing, screening, and coordinating applicants to ensure timely deployment of qualified manpower for events, activations, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen applicants for BTL positions such as brand ambassadors, promo personnel, and event staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, exams, and other recruitment activities.
  • Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate with project teams to understand manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
  • Assist in preparing pre-employment requirements and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of newly hired personnel for project assignments.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with applicants and project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in BTL or field activation setup.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and online job platforms.
  • Willing to work on-site and support field deployment when needed.
