Swoop Scoop is searching for an all-star Customer Service Specialist to add to our pooper scooper team This position is responsible for being the main point of contact between our scoop technicians, clients, and office staff for multiple regions.

Our CSR will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through phone/email, providing estimates, onboarding new customers, and scheduling out service jobs as they become available.

This position is also responsible for tracking jobs to completion and interacting with other departments of the company to ensure customer satisfaction. Professional demeanor is a required component of this position, as this role will be the first and last impression made on each client.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls

Providing quotes for potential clients

Responding to social media messages, emails, and text messages

Collaborating with the field manager and Team leaders on various tasks

Assisting with billing customers, when needed

Assisting with Routing/Dispatching daily jobs

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 2 Years Customer Service Experience·

Excellent Phone Skills-

TYPING SPEED 50 WPM MINIMUM*

Background Check Required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with handling high volume calls/messages

Experience using CRM Systems

Experience with Outbound calling

Experience using Social Platforms including MS Outlook and Facebook Messenger
