The encoder shall control and maintain all warehouse transactions, including receiving and outgoing goods to ensure inventory data accuracy.

The encoder shall also be responsible for the timely posting of all warehouse transactions into the system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate with the branch supervisor on all concerns related to delivery and documentation compliance status. Highlight problems to ensure timely submission of the report.
  2. Ensure all the documents and encoding of all receiving and outgoing transactions in the warehouse are updated and accurate.
  3. Daily review of dispatch to ensure on-time and accurate processing of transactions between operations.
  4. Ensure 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) in the area of responsibility and follow the safety procedures of the company.
  5. Responsible for checking and updating all delivery monitoring for accurate reference of the team (STO vs. Picked, Unexpected, Delivery Variance, Damaged, or Near-Expiry).

  6. Responsible for informing the branches of any problems they may encounter that may result in a partial delivery.

  7. Performs such other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 2-year course

Preferably with at least 3 months of experience in the retail industry

Computer literate

With strong analytical skills and detail-oriented

Have a great interpersonal skills

With a good teamwork attitude

Flexible and can multi-task related to job assignment

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php540.00 per day
