Job Summary:

Admin Specialist is responsible for overseeing warehouse documentation, monitoring inventory transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of records within logistics and operations team. This role supports the smooth flow of warehouse activities by maintaining proper documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting in day-to-day warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • With at least 2 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be willing to work fully on-site at Merville, Paranaque

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements including receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns.
  • Prepare and process warehouse documentation such as delivery receipts, stock cards, and inventory reports.
  • Encode and update data in the warehouse management system (WMS) or other tracking tools.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in scheduling regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Support warehouse supervisors in monitoring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, report preparation, and communication with external partners when needed.
