About the role

As a Warehouse Encoder, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the efficient operations of our warehouse facility in Lipa City, Batangas. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing logistics company.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately entering and updating inventory data in our warehouse management system
  • Performing regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assisting with the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, including data entry and documentation
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to optimize storage and retrieval processes
  • Providing support to the logistics and customer service teams as needed
  • Maintaining detailed records and generating reports to track warehouse activities

What we're looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Familiar in SAP
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management and inventory control systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the warehouse and logistics teams
  • Familiarity with warehousing and distribution operations in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Relevant experience in a similar warehousing or data entry role is preferred
