Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • With at least 2 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements including receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns.
  • Prepare and process warehouse documentation such as delivery receipts, stock cards, and inventory reports.
  • Encode and update data in the warehouse management system (WMS) or other tracking tools.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in scheduling regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Support warehouse supervisors in monitoring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, report preparation, and communication with external partners when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
