About the role

Join the dynamic team' as a Warehouse Encoder. In this full-time role based in Lipa City, Batangas, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. As a Warehouse Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately documenting and tracking inventory, orders, and shipments to ensure the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately enter and update inventory data into our warehouse management system
  2. Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including scanning, labelling, and documenting all items
  3. Assist with the coordination of warehouse activities and liaise with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  4. Maintain meticulous records and generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance
  5. Support the implementation of inventory control measures and best practices to minimize errors and optimize warehouse operations
  6. Collaborate with the wider logistics team to identify and implement process improvements

  1. Strong data entry and computer skills, with experience using warehouse management software
  2. Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records
  3. Good organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  4. Effective communication skills to liaise with colleagues and partners
  5. A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  6. Familiarity with the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry is preferred
