Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect deliveries; verify accuracy of Delivery Receipts (DRs) and Sales Invoices (SIs)-Encode, barcode, and organize items in the warehouse system (NPAX)
  • Monitor stock levels, handle returns/replacements, and conduct regular inventory checks
  • Prepare and process material requisitions and manual SYUKKO releases-Manage month-end inventory reports and monitor expiry dates
  • File and update important regulatory documents (SDS, CPR, FDA) and coordinate with suppliers
  • Generate purchase requests and follow up on pending deliveries with procurement
  • Produce inventory, purchase history, and other related reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehousing, inventory, or supply chain management
  • Familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., NPAX or similar ERP tools)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data filtering, editing)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills-Excellent communication for supplier coordination
