KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

You will be responsible for implementing and supporting the testing activities required for the products owned by the Operations and Enablement team.

Testing and Validation:

• Execute test cases and scripts to validate system functionality and user experience.
• Identify and document defects or discrepancies between expected and actual outcomes.
• Participate in issue resolution and retesting to ensure fixes are successful.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with business users, developers, and Product team to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
• Communicate test results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to improve system functionality and usability.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Create and maintain documentation for future reference and compliance.

Planning and Execution:

• Coordinate with the Test Lead in the development of a test scripts and identification of resources and schedules
• Develop test conditions to validate business requirements.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; advanced degree or IT major preferred
• Experience with
  ServiceNow
  is required. Experience in ServiceNow HRSD is good to have.
• Experience as a Functional Consultant or in UAT preferred, but not required.
• Experience with defining the comprehensive functional testing needs for systems is preferred, but not required.
• Experience working in a Global Services environment preferred.
• Strong business systems analysis and presentation skills preferred.
• Superior communication and collaborative skills required.
• Superior Account and Stakeholder Management skills are required.

Hybrid: 2x a week onsite work in Paranaque

Mid-shift (3PM-12MN)
