Qualifications:

· A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; advanced degree or IT major preferred

· A minimum of 5 years of relevant testing and UAT experience is required

· Experience with ServiceNow is required, additional experience with Genesys Cloud and appropriate Systems Certifications preferred

· Experience with defining the comprehensive functional testing needs for systems is required

· Experience working in a Global Services environment (HR, Procurement, Finance) strongly preferred

· Experience in JIRA XRAY strongly preferred

· Strong business systems analysis and presentation skills are required

· Superior communication and collaborative skills required

· Superior Account and Stakeholder Management skills are required

Educational Attainment: 4 Year College degree

Work Experience Requirements: (certifications, licenses)

Work Schedule (Day Shift/ Mid Shift/ Night Shift): Mid shift.

Work Location: Paranaque and Taguig (December onwards). Hybrid

Daily Responsibilities

  • Execute test cases and scripts to validate system functionality and user experience.
  • Identify and document defects or discrepancies between expected and actual outcomes.
  • Participate in issue resolution and retesting to ensure fixes are successful.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and Product team to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
  • Communicate test results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to improve system functionality and usability.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Create and maintain documentation for future reference and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Test Lead in the development of test scripts and identification of resources and schedules
  • Develop test conditions to validate business requirements.
