JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking 1–2 experienced Scrum Masters with a consulting mindset and strong experience guiding cross-functional teams through ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) initiatives. These roles will work closely with existing client Scrum teams (based in the US and the Philippines) to drive outcomes, ensure effective delivery, and help strengthen the client's internal Agile and CSM capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives across global teams.
  • Partner with the client's project and PM teams to ensure smooth migration from custom ServiceNow apps to CSM capability.
  • Guide and mentor client team members on CSM capabilities, design principles, and Agile delivery best practices.
  • Maintain focus on outcomes—driving value delivery, tracking progress, identifying blockers, and ensuring accountability.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on migration goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Foster transparency and communication between distributed teams (US, Philippines, and global stakeholders).
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities in delivery processes.
  • Champion Agile principles and continuous improvement within the teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, ideally in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Proven background in ServiceNow projects, specifically Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practical implementation experience.
  • Experience working with distributed teams (across US and APAC preferred).
  • CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe certification strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
