Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Developer
with hands-on experience in
IT Service Management (ITSM)
and
Risk Management
modules to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements, enhance operational efficiency, and support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and integrate
    Salesforce ITSM modules
    to streamline service delivery processes including incident, problem, change, and request management.
  • Develop and maintain
    Risk Management workflows
    to support risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting within the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, or IT monitoring tools) through APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, data governance, and security standards.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Support release management, unit testing, and documentation of system changes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to ITSM and risk-related functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Technical Consultant.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Salesforce ITSM solutions
    or integrating Salesforce with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
  • Experience implementing
    Risk Management
    processes or GRC frameworks within Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) for Salesforce CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or GRC applications.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST.
