The Retail Account Management Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing relationships with the company's retail partners. This role ensures smooth coordination between the company and retailers, driving sell-in and sell-out performance, implementing marketing activities, and achieving sales and collection targets.

The position focuses on key retail accounts such as bookstores, department stores, and specialty retail chains, ensuring product visibility, competitive positioning, and sustainable growth within each account.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management

∙ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail partners.

∙ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account decision-makers (buyers, category managers, and store operations).

∙ Handle all aspects of account servicing — from order management, delivery follow-up, merchandising coordination, and promo support.

∙ Coordinate closely with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing, and inventory) to ensure smooth execution of retailer requirements.

  1. Sales Growth and Target Achievement

∙ Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

∙ Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and identify growth opportunities within retail partners.

∙ Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels at the store and warehouse level.

∙ Negotiate and recommend promotions, rebates, and special pricing based on performance and marketing calendar. ∙ Prospect and open new retail accounts to expand market coverage, increase sales volume, and strengthen overall product exposure in the retail channel.

  1. Marketing and Merchandising Coordination

∙ Coordinate the execution of in-store marketing activities, including product displays, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

4. Business Analysis and Reporting

∙ Track and analyze sales data, inventory movement, and account performance.

∙ Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. ∙ Monitor competitor activities and market trends within assigned retail channels.

  1. Collection and Credit Coordination

∙ Coordinate with the accounting department to monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments. ∙ Follow up with retail partners on outstanding balances and resolve billing or payment concerns promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
