The company committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated Store Development Officer to help us expand our retail presence and ensure our stores are optimized for both functionality and customer engagement.

Job Summary:

The Store Development Officer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of new store openings, relocations, and renovations. This role ensures that all stores are developed in accordance with company standards, brand guidelines, and operational efficiency requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential locations for new stores or relocations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for store design, construction, and fit-out projects.
  • Monitor store development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements for store construction and operation.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for improvements or modifications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, contractors, and service providers.
  • Assist in preparing store development reports and budgets for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail store development, construction management, or related role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and store layout design is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
