Job Summary:

The Account Operations Manager oversees and coordinates all operational activities related to assigned accounts or regions. This role ensures effective project execution, optimized resource allocation, and adherence to budget and service standards. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously across regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic deployment plans per Service Order (SO) to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets across regions to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with company targets.
  • Oversee resource allocation per SO, ensuring optimal distribution of manpower, materials, and logistics.
  • Track and manage manning requirements per project, aligning headcount with operational needs and timelines.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with client expectations and company objectives.
  • Support regional teams in resolving operational challenges and ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven insights for management review.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, or account supervision (preferably in a regional or multi-site setup).
  • Strong background in budget monitoring, manpower planning, and project deployment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other project management tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams and levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel or oversee operations in multiple regions as needed.
