Job Summary

The Accounting Manager is responsible in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting section. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce accounting reports needed in the preparation of financial statements. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

  • Lead and motivate team members to perform their tasks that will result to department accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all major projects, month-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Monitor and analyze accounting data.
  • Performs other duties related to the function of the office as may be assigned by the immediate superior or higher management.
  • Develop a team members by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
  • Evaluate accounting documents for inefficiencies and suggest solutions to problems

Working Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience, with 2 years Supervisory or 1 year managerial

Educational Background

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Qualification

  • Leadership and good interpersonal relations
  • Strong and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Confident and good judgement with careful attention to detail and order
  • Ability to work independently and interpret and apply regular requirements
  • Discreet and trustworthy person
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

  • Head Office - Purok 1, Lot 10A Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
