Job Summary:
The Accounts Manager (Integrator account) is a front-line sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring timely collections within a designated territory. This role involves managing relationships with new and existing clients, actively promoting our nutritional products and feed additives, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Actively prospect for new clients and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with product support and after-sales service.
Collection Management:
- Ensure the timely collection of payments from clients to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Monitor client accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary.
- Resolve any billing disputes or issues efficiently.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Provide regular feedback to the Regional Sales Manager on market conditions and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, or any related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, technical sales, or business development within the animal feed, livestock nutrition, or feed additives industry is REQUIRED.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts, building long-term partnerships, and driving sales growth in B2B agribusiness or biotechnology sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of feed formulations, animal nutrition, and biosecurity solutions, enabling effective communication with nutritionists, veterinarians, and farm managers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Highly results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel extensively to meet clients and support business development initiatives across assigned regions.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and collection efforts.
- Submit regular sales forecasts and activity reports to the Regional Sales Manager and/or Sales Director/Marketing Director.
Work Arrangement:
- Mondays to Saturdays (Saturdays for Administrative concerns only)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary (PHP 30,000 up depending on the experience and qualifications); Per Diem Allowance; Monthly-Quarterly-Annual Sales Incentives; Car Plan (Once Qualified); Actual Gas Allowance; Communication Allowance; Housing Allowance (if needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
