We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements, maintaining strong business relationships, and driving account profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and negotiate client purchase orders in line with SOPs to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate material fulfillment activities to ensure availability for production at all times.
  • Review, validate, and encode client purchase orders/forecasts, ensuring accuracy in batch details, delivery dates, and processing instructions.
  • Monitor daily order status and ensure timely production and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure client compliance with monthly purchase order submissions, annual forecasts, and timely delivery of client-supplied materials.
  • Prepare and submit monthly Service Level Reports; highlight issues and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews or periodic meetings with clients to present performance results.
  • Manage account receivables, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, expired/rejected materials, and coordinate with clients for proper disposition.
  • Oversee artwork development and revisions for export clients in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Acquire and maintain product knowledge for assigned client accounts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all classified information.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in supply chain, customer service, purchasing, production planning, or manufacturing
  • Strong background in account management and customer relationship management, with proven ability to deliver excellent service and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Account management, purchasing, and project management experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
