Senior HR Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR roles at least 3-5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Roles:

  • Supervise the process, preparation and monitoring of performance appraisals of all positions.
  • Managing the constant development and enforcement of policies and regulations within the organization based on the Philippine Labor Law.
  • Supervise the staffing of the organization by actively participating in the end to end recruitment process and collaboration to other departments to develop staffing needs and determine organizational structure.
  • Recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Developing a Training plan based on TNA/skills gap analysis.
  • Supervising and maintaining work structures by updating accurate records of each employee, job requirements and job descriptions of each department.
  • Support the HR Manager with the ongoing Transformation & Organizational Change.
