We are a fast-growing North American financial services company seeking an experienced Debt Settlement Closer to join our team. You must have previous U.S. debt settlement, financial services, lending, or collections experience, along with strong sales ability and the confidence to guide clients through financial decisions.

We provide warm inbound transfers and fresh daily leads. No cold calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Speak with warm leads transferred by our lead callers
  • Conduct financial assessments to understand client hardship situations
  • Explain debt settlement and bankruptcy-support options clearly
  • Recommend appropriate solutions and enroll clients into programs
  • Follow proven scripts and processes
  • Update CRM notes accurately
  • Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in U.S. debt settlement, lending, collections, or financial services (required)
  • Proven sales experience with strong closing skills (required)
  • Spanish speaking is an asset but not required
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Empathetic, confident, and professional
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations
  • Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection

Schedule:

  • Full-time, remote
  • Shifts aligned with North American hours
  • Monday to Saturday rotation (5 working days per week)

Compensation:

  • PHP 45,000 + base salary depending on experience
  • Commission and performance bonuses
