  1. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of dealings and working.
  2. Ensure payments of monthly billing before due date.
  3. Purchase & monitors office supplies, equipment and furniture.
  4. Ensure that funds/cash advance are allocated appropriately and used according to plan and within requested budget.
  5. Assist officers and staff with administrative duties as requested.
  6. Make travel arrangements and room reservation.
  7. Maintain & monitor staff car daily trip schedule, repairs and maintenance.
  8. Assist meetings and other gatherings.
  9. Maintain and create office files.
  10. Act as liaison to various government agencies, i.e LTO, City Hall & BFP.
  11. Administers general services such as those related to maintenance of office premises, repairs & maintenance of office equipment & facilities.
  12. Maintain and monitor overall cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises.
  13. Perform other duties may be assigned from time to time as necessary.
  14. Assist officers and staff for the retrieval and safekeeping of documents in Burgundy Warehouse.
  15. Prepares the following:

  16. CAPEX of various FFEs, Car Plan & office renovation, etc.

  17. Request for payment (expenses H.O)
  18. Gatepass, work permit & service maintenance (H.O & Burgundy)
