Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides back-office support to Brooklynpoblacionph Inc,, assisting the various departments. The role's primary responsibility is to handle daily sales encoding while also performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The Admin Assistant will help maintain accurate records, support documentation processes, and assist with day-to-day coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle internal and external communications (emails, phone calls, etc.).
- Maintain and organize physical and digital office records.
Finance Support:
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain inventory records, including stock levels and asset tracking.
- Coordinate inventory orders, deliveries, and returns with vendors and internal teams.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and generate inventory reports.
- Identify and report discrepancies or inefficiencies in stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, HR, or accounting support (experience in F&B is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry and document handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
