Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and energetic Property and Leasing Manager with a strong background in marketing and proven expertise in leasing co-working style office spaces. This role is essential in maximizing occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction within our flexible workspace portfolio, while driving innovative marketing strategies tailored to the co-working industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing & Tenant Management

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process specifically tailored to co-working and flexible office spaces, including food stalls, private offices, and meeting rooms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with startups, freelancers, and corporate clients interested in flexible workspace solutions.
  • Handle lead generation, tenant screening, negotiations, lease renewals, and space utilization optimization.
  • Oversee community engagement within the co-working space to foster a collaborative and vibrant tenant environment.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs and ensure that all shared and private spaces meet high standards of maintenance and service.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract diverse tenants, including freelancers, small businesses, and corporate clients.
  • Promote co-working amenities, events, and services across multiple digital and offline channels.
  • Organize and host community events, networking sessions, and open houses to boost tenant retention and attract new members.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings within the flexible workspace sector to adapt leasing and marketing strategies.

Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Prepare regular reports on occupancy, membership growth, and financial performance of the co-working spaces.
  • Manage budgets related to marketing and leasing activities, ensuring strong ROI.
  • Oversee contract management including, service level agreements, and compliance with local regulations.

Team Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Lead and support leasing agents and administrative staff focused on co-working operations.
  • Collaborate with facility management and service providers to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in property leasing and management, with specific exposure to co-working or flexible office spaces.
  • Proven success in marketing flexible workspace solutions and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suited for diverse tenant profiles.
  • Familiarity with property management software, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing agreements and legal considerations specific to co-working spaces.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in or managing co-working or serviced office environments.
  • Real estate license or property management certification.
  • Proficiency in event planning and community management within co-working settings.
