Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Leasing Manager and Department Head for all lease and property acquisition tasks.
  • Attend to inquiries for listings of available units for lease and acquisition of new properties for the company.
  • Proactively approach prospective tenants and sellers for the best interest of the company.
  • Execute proper and complete documentation for closing agreements: lease offers and signed contract of lease; letter of intent and contract to sell / deed of sale after careful review of said documents.
  • Negotiate deals and proactively follow up business documents of tenants/sellers.
  • Conduct due diligence for property acquisition.
  • Supervise lease transactions of assigned project/property.
  • Provide timely and efficient after leasing/sales service to tenants or sellers.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree course preferably in Real Estate Management.
  • Must have 3- 5 years of experience in Property acquisition, leasing and sales.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
  • Above average English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Open minded and proactive to carry out special tasks assigned by immediate superior or Department Head
