
Leasing Property Assistant

The position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support relative to acquisition, transfer of ownership and updating regulatory taxes of the CEO properties.
Job Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of work experience in acquisition administration, documentation and processing of transfer, leasing, or a related field
- Familiarity with contracts, lease agreements, and transaction processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares acquisition contract, proposal, and other required documents. Routes for approval of signatories
- Receives correspondence and distributes to concerned personnel
- Organizes and keeps documentation of payment receipts, acquisition contracts, permits, regulatory documents, etc.
- Updates the records of newly acquired properties with village administrator
