We're looking for a results-driven Leasing Manager to lead and oversee leasing operations across our property portfolio. The role plays a key part in achieving revenue and occupancy goals, managing a high-performing leasing team, and driving strategic tenant acquisition and retention.

  • Lead department operations, team performance, and leasing strategy
  • Achieve occupancy targets and excellent tenant relationships
  • Drive tenant sourcing, property tours, and lease negotiations
  • Oversee lease documentation and compliance
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure property readiness

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of any 4 yr business course
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leasing or property management
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of leasing & market trends, and tenant relations
  • Has an existing database of companies or tenant contacts
  • Amenable to work onsite in High Pointe Medical Hub, Mandaluyong City.
