We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Service Delivery Team Manager to lead our IT service delivery operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in managing teams, optimizing service performance, and driving continuous improvement across technology platforms and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with business objectives, SLAs, and customer expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of service delivery leads and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure seamless service integration and performance.
  • Monitor service metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain service delivery frameworks, policies, and documentation in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical service issues and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic planning for IT service evolution.
  • Prepare and present service performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT service delivery or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with proven success in service delivery environments.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex service environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
