What You'll Do

  • Manage and mentor a team of Service Delivery Team Leaders while indirectly supporting SRE teams across multiple customer environments.
  • Align operations with customer goals to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Support SDLs in their growth, performance, and decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers—communicating value, resolving challenges, and co-creating solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Automation, People Ops, etc.) to drive improvements and scale best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years
    in service delivery, SRE, DevOps, or technical operations, with at least
    3 years
    managing team leads or people managers.
  • Strong understanding of SRE and IT operations concepts (SLIs/SLOs, incident response, infra automation).
  • Proven success leading 24/7 or distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey clarity and empathy in high-stakes conversations.
  • A strong track record in team building, leadership, and driving operational excellence.
