We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Service Delivery Team Lead to oversee the delivery of IT services and ensure operational excellence across our technology platforms. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality service experiences to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of IT service delivery professionals, ensuring consistent performance, adherence to SLAs, and continuous service improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, including incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Act as the escalation point for service issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all IT functions.
  • Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices and contribute to the development of service delivery frameworks.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching to support team development and engagement.
  • Prepare and present service reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT service delivery or operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
