Job Summary

  • The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for process and data mapping, supporting internal and external clients by analyzing, mapping, and documenting business processes and data structures. This role is crucial for our ERP and BPM program implementation, driving process enhancements and data management to improve business efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Engineering, degree in Computer Industrial Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven process and data mapping prowess, preferably within ERP/BPM contexts.
  • Adept understanding of data structures, process change management, and optimization techniques.
  • Past experience as an Industrial Engineer or Programmer will be a valuable asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and technical writing to create coherent process and data documentation.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and technologies such as VUE.JS, Node.JS, SQL, Java, REST APIs, and software testing tools (if applicable).
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
