Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze business models, design technical systems and create customer journey flow.
  • Bridge the gap between business and implementation.
  • Source and implement new business technology based on strategic business needs and growth plans
  • Produce reports on operational implementation and metrics
  • Utilize IT data for business insights and analyze business needs.
  • Perform UAT/PROD testing and analyze results for informed business decisions.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Work with the IT support and development team to ensure that they understand the business requirements and specifications.
  • Use data analysis to formulate recommendation to senior management and actively participate in implementing approved changes.
  • Conduct insightful, and hoc analysis to investigate operational issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology or any related course
  • At least 2 years experience as IT Business Analyst/System Analyst or any related position
  • Work experience in the Payment/Financial Technology industry is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in RESTFUL API
  • Team-oriented and can work well cross-functional (external/internal) teams.
  • Can work with minimal or without supervisor, exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Have an understanding of DevOps, AGILE, Power BI, Data Analytics, and Project Management.
