HR Manager
The HR Manager at Clinica Prime Cebu plays a key role in cultivating a productive workplace. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, engagement, benefits, and performance management. Leading in HR policy development and implementation for compliance, the role focuses on recruiting top talent, advancing diversity initiatives, and contributing to organizational growth in line with our healthcare mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, attracting top talent that aligns with our company's mission and values.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and promote effective communication and collaboration.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, guiding managers on performance improvement and development plans.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and attractive offerings for our staff, and oversee the compensation and benefits operations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and implement development programs, and facilitate continuous learning opportunities.
- Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance and adherence to best HR practices.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, keeping them aligned with industry standards.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage employee disputes and conflicts professionally, seeking fair and constructive resolutions.
- Reporting: Provide regular HR metrics and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, with more than three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
