Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Guiding, mentoring, and coaching sales associates to achieve performance goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales plans and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Management: Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to team members.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Training: Training new sales associates and store personnel.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, product development, etc.).
  • Budget Management: Managing sales budgets and forecasting.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing customer issues and resolving sales-related problems.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales preferrably in handling areas involving Department stores (SM or Robinsons) from different locations
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of the company's products and services.
  • People Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while going on field duties to visit stores within assigned territory
  • Training Skills: Ability to impart knowledge, both technical and soft skills, to assigned store personnel.

Additional Notes:

  • Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City and travel to remote areas depending on place of assignment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
