The Senior Human Resources Supervisor oversees the full spectrum of Human Resources operations, covering Recruitment, Payroll Support, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Documentation, HRIS data quality, Employee Engagement initiatives, and basic compliance coordination. The role supervises HR staff in daily operations and ensures that HR processes run smoothly, accurately, and in alignment with company policies and labor regulations.
This role is ideal for HR supervisors ready to take on broader responsibility across all HR workstreams.
Core ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Supervise the Recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and candidate processing.
- Monitor manpower requests, plantilla updates, and hiring timelines.
- Review onboarding documentation and coordinate new-hire requirements.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Review payroll preparation outputs for completeness and correctness.
- Validate statutory deductions and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll-related concerns with HR and Finance teams.
Employee Relations
- Review ER documentation, fact-finding notes, and basic case files.
- Monitor ER trends and prepare summary reports for senior HR review.
- Coordinate case escalations with the HR leadership or Legal.
Performance Management (PMS)
- Coordinate PMS timelines, reminders, and submissions with staff and Operations.
- Review PMS forms for completeness and maintain organized PMS documentation.
- Prepare consolidated summaries for managerial review.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Review logistics, attendance, and program documentation.
- Maintain engagement files and post-activity reports.
HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain version control, file indexing, and audit-ready HR documentation.
- Review HRIS and ATS entries for completeness and data integrity.
- Support regulatory documentation and HR compliance requirements.
Supervision & Team Support
- Guide HR staff in daily tasks and operational alignment.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluation for direct reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal on HR-related requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of HR supervisory experience.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll support, ER documentation, PMS coordination, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HRIS, document control systems, and labor compliance.
- Strong coordination, communication, and supervisory skills.
