KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attendance Monitoring:

  • Monitor the daily attendance of employees to ensure punctuality and compliance of with company policies.

  • Approve attendance, including encoding overtime and any necessary adjustments.

Employee Welfare:

  • Conduct regular site visits to check on the welfare of the deployed employees.

  • Address any issues or concerns employees may have., ensuring timely resolution and escalation to HR Business Partners when needed.

Employee Visit Scheduling:

  • Submit a weekly itinerary plan to employee visits every friday.

Employee Concerns and Issues:

  • Attend to employee concern in a timely manner, ensuring that all issues are properly communicated and escalated to HR Business Partner for further action.

Incident Reporting:

  • Create and submit incident report as required to ensure that all due process is followed in handling any incident or concern.

Distribution of Supplies and Documents:

  • Distribute Uniforms, ATM cards and any necessary documents to deployed personnels.

Employee Checkpoints:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge their satisfaction and identify any challenges they may facing with their current work or assigned client.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Submit daily accomplishment reports to management to ensure visibility or performance and activities, particularly when visiting employees at their assigned locations.

Approval of Attendance and Adjustments:

  • Approve and validate the attendance of deployed employees, including any overtime or adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School/College Level

  • Preferably with Experience as Area Supervisor in a Manpower Agency

  • With own Motorcycle

  • Willing to route from North-South Areas

  • Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.

  • Willing to start asap.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
