Job Objective

The Sales and Marketing Supervisor directs and oversees the operational goals, policies, and initiatives of the assigned business unit. This role focuses on establishing long-term client partnerships, planning sales strategies, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, setting sales targets, managing inventory and pricing, and training and supervising staff to foster a productive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute the mission, vision, and objectives of the business and organization.
  • Develop and implement sales and collection strategies and action plans.
  • Ensure compliance and uphold operational systems and processes.
  • Provide management with relevant reports, including sales, collections, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
  • Lead, guide, and train sales personnel to achieve targets and goals.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Trustworthy with high integrity; no bad records or integrity issues. Minimum 3-year stay at current address (if owned) is an advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor and 2 years as a Sales Agent.

At least 3 years of tenure in previous companies preferred.

Well-versed in the sales process with strong numerical and analytical skills.

1 year experience in handling food sales, particularly tilapia and bangus, in wet markets or other sales channels is an advantage.

Willing to work night shifts to observe, learn, and gather client feedback regularly.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively convince clients.

Adaptable, persistent, and eager to learn the business.

Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly, especially in wet markets.

Knowledgeable in KPI monitoring and target achievement.

Living within or near the work location is preferred.

Experience with sales monitoring systems is an advantage.

Previous track record of at least ₱10M in monthly sales from prior companies is a plus.
