Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Company: Urban Smiles Dental Clinic

Work Setup: Full-time, On-site (Metro Manila)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead & Manage the Sales Funnel

  2. Coach Frontline & Clinic Teams on Sales Execution

  3. Data-Driven Sales Management

  4. Collaboration with Marketing & Operation

  5. Support Dental Tourism & Premium Clinic Segments

  6. Protect the Patient Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related course (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 3–5 years experience in Sales or Sales Supervision, preferably in:

  • Healthcare, clinics, hospitals, aesthetics, fitness/wellness, or hospitality;
  • OR strong B2C sales experience in service-oriented industries.

Proven track record in:

  • Managing a sales team or frontline staff
  • Hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Improving conversion rates or closing rates
  • Strong coaching, training, and communication skills—comfortable guiding non-sales staff (e.g., front desk, nurses, doctors) to become more sales-aware.
  • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable working with reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with high integrity and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
