Job Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading staff to deliver excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor and strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Lead and motivate the service team to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to support efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
  • Support the management team in meeting sales goals and controlling costs.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor (required).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including service, safety, and quality standards.

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
