I. Responsibilities

  • Project Request Management: Efficiently process and manage approved project requests, ensuring timely action and accurate documentation.
  • Status Updates: Proactively maintain and provide up-to-date status reports on all project requests, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Inventory Verification: Conduct regular checks of warehouse stock levels to verify the availability of required items and identify potential shortages.
  • Delivery Inquiries: Promptly respond to inquiries from the site team regarding the status of undelivered items, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Purchase Order Creation: Generate accurate and detailed purchase orders for all necessary purchases, adhering to established company guidelines.
  • Order Submission: Efficiently transmit purchase orders to approved suppliers via fax or email, ensuring timely delivery and confirmation of receipt.
  • Payment Processing: Meticulously submit purchase orders and corresponding delivery slips to the Finance Department for prompt and accurate processing of supplier payments.
  • File Management: Maintain a well-organized and easily accessible filing system for all purchase order records, ensuring compliance with auditing requirements.
  • Logistics Coordination: Proactively inform the Logistics Supervisor of all items requiring pickup or delivery, providing clear instructions and relevant documentation.
  • Quotation Acquisition: Diligently obtain price quotations from approved suppliers, verifying alignment with project requirements for amount, quality, specifications, and delivery timeline, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value.

II. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification, supplemented by a minimum of two years of relevant vocational training in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and industry best practices.

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
