We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead commissary, procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent supply of food and non-food items across all outlets while maintaining quality, controlling costs, and minimizing waste. This role is critical to supporting both back-of-house operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive actions to improve suppliers' delivery performance.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure inventory supports both sales requirements and within the allocated budget.
  • Manage suppliers' relationships and negotiate & execute purchase agreements with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures.
  • Expand existing suppliers/principals base and look out for new or alternate source of supply.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase order for supplies and equipment.
  • Administer Online purchasing systems.
  • Responsible for materials control and inventory for all ingredients, packaging materials
  • Lead and drive production planning master schedule to meet orders and delivery.
  • Identify and manage ingredients write-off, inventory holding and work with R&D/various departments to meet cost management targets.
  • Lead and run MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) for ingredients, packaging materials on daily/weekly basis.·

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration/ Supply Chain Management
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, specialized in Purchasing and Material management in a Food/Beverage Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, analytical skill and can solve problem effectively·
  • Organized and systematic in carrying out daily work
  • Able to function well in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
