About the role

This full-time Supply Chain Staff position at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's operations. As Supply Chain Staff, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning the demand for the company's products, ensuring efficient inventory management and meeting customer needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the Supply Chain Manager in analyzing sales data, market trends and customer requirements to develop accurate demand forecasts
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production and inventory plans with projected demand
  3. Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimize stock holdings
  4. Helps identify and resolve supply chain issues to maintain continuity of supply

  5. What we're looking for

  6. Relevant university degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, logistics or a related field

  7. Minimum 2 years' experience in demand planning, production planning or a similar role
  8. Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging, plastics, or related industries
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  10. Knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain best practices
  11. Knowledge of inventory management principles, supply chain best practices, and experience with ERP systems
  12. Adaptable and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
