The Client Management Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client matters, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful delivery of services and solutions. The specialist coordinates with internal teams to guarantee that client needs are met, and acts as a liaison to communicate client feedback and insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters. Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle client complaints and issues promptly, efficiently, and professionally, escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise between the client and internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Service, Technical Support, Finance) to ensure client requirements are addressed.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on account status, client health, and service utilization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Client Management Specialist, Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to present and articulate information clearly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build strong rapport and trust with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.
