Job Description :
- Proficiency in Cantonese (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a service desk or IT support role preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and common IT systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php100, Php200,000.00 per month
