The Opportunity

We're looking for a strong operator who can lead our System Administration (SA) team and take ownership of how our internal systems run. You'll be responsible for shaping how information moves through the business, how tools connect, and how our SA team supports fast-growing operations.

As a member of the management team, you'll work directly with the Director of Operations and ISA Manager on improving workflows across tools like Monday, Slack, GoHighLevel, Looker Studio, and Google Workspace. You'll also help design and document processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide high-quality insights and recommendations.

Note on Productivity Monitoring:

As part of our commitment to maintaining accountability and performance across our remote team, we utilize Hubstaff to monitor activity levels during working hours. While signed in to work, Hubstaff records screenshots at random intervals and tracks mouse and keyboard activity. This tool helps ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with team goals.

What You'll DoTeam Leadership & Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of System Administrators.
• Set daily/weekly priorities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Improve team communication, decision-making, and follow-through.
• Build a culture of responsibility, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Systems & Operations

• Own the administration and optimization of core internal platforms , Slack, Go High Level, Google Workspace, TalentLMS, etc.).
• Jump in and assist with tickets when volume exceeds SA capacity
• Audit current workflows and propose improvements to reduce friction and improve accuracy.
• Oversee user management, permissions, and system structure across tools.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to automate or streamline.

Process Design & Documentation

• Create clear SOPs, reference guides, and workflow documentation.
• Standardize how the SA team handles requests, escalations, and communication.
• Ensure internal systems are well-organized, documented, and easy for teams to understand.

Analysis & Strategy

• Review business data and team workloads to spot gaps or inefficiencies.
• Provide recommendations on system architecture, process optimization, and cross-functional improvements.
• Work with Ops leadership to plan and execute system initiatives and upgrades.
• Support special projects that require a mix of technical understanding and strategic thinking.

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with CSM, ISA, Media Buying, and Leadership teams to understand their needs and translate them into system changes.
• Act as the escalation point for complex system issues.
• Ensure the SA team communicates clearly and professionally with all departments.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in system administration, business systems, operations, or similar.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Solid understanding of workflow design, data flow, and systems thinking.
• Comfort working fast, troubleshooting issues, and making decisions without hand-holding.
• Ability to design SOPs and processes people can actually follow.
• Experience with tools like Go High Level, , Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, or similar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php88, Php147,000.00 per month
