We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support project and product development through clear, data-driven analysis and documentation. The role requires strong system logic understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications.
  • Define workflows, system logic, and data structures for development teams.
  • Create detailed documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and system diagrams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and validate outcomes.
  • Ensure system solutions align with business goals and user needs.
  • Support testing phases by preparing use cases and reviewing results.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Manage tasks and deliverables independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business and system analysis.
  • Strong grasp of system logic, data flow, and process mapping.
  • Proficient in documentation tools such as Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, or Miro.
  • Skilled in creating wireframes, diagrams, and business process documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
